Just a little thank you thread in behalf of everybody... I noticed that you guys are really zealous in giving hints or answers (and doing a great job with it) and hardly anybody comes back to say a little thank you... which to me seems a small gesture. 
I assume when you ask a question, you come back to read the replies... why not hit that reply button yourself and type the words "Thank you"
BTW, just for the record, some DID say thank you!!!!! This post was not meant to flame anybody!!!!! Just my personal feelings
