Purchasing Sam & Max Season 2 DVD with Adventure Bundle
As the Adventure Bundle Terms of Sale state I should be able to purchase the Sam & Max Season 2 DVD now that Sam & Max is unlocked. How would I go about doing this, as my order number for the Adventure Bundle comes up as invalid when I try to use it to get the free DVD?

If you could do the same thing for me, cheers!
ARRDIT: Aye, I be gettin' th' jitters, anticipatorin' this here...er, legitimate-wise acquisition of me fair booty. If'n it be t'ward helpin' this all along, here be me "support issue" call number, if personal negotiations be in orderrr: [issue-35575]
Do try gettin' yer rudders workin', that I may make off with me treasurrres 'fore this next sundown, lest the Monkeys of that blasted Island bolster their ranks!
Can they be shipped in one package to save on shipping? Once you get it taken care of tomorrow, could you post instructions and/or a link to get the dvd redemption?
Thanks for you time!
p.s. You have instantly earned my respect for supporting the good causes with The Great Adventure Bundle!
at least you got to install it when you got it
Umm... any updates ?
Hi, I still get a "Invalid Number". If you could please fix this as promised, thank you !
According to marketing yes. In reality, (due to an oversight in coding in the #s) not right now and possibly not ever.
The only sure way to get the DVD is to buy the full season from TTG AS THE SEASON - afaik buying each episode individually will not get you the DVD due again to coding (though this might have been fixed, don't know - I got the full season bundle on S+M S3)
'Possibly not ever' is totally false!
It is something that's being worked on (it's not just about flipping a switch and having it work) so everyone that has ordered the GAB and also wants the DVD will be able to do so. Just give it a bit.
That said, thank you all for your patience.
note the word "possibly" I made sure not to use an absolute term. (we all know saying "never" will force the universe to chance it's very nature if necessary to make our "impossible" into "it happened"
Also, in my defense, you staff have a much lesser presence now than in the beginning due to the company growing and I've seen a lot of people posting that support is slipping so it seems to me that it's a very real possibility (sad as it is) that TTG is entering a "we're here to make money" mentality that most big companies have...
No, it's not flipping a switch, it's adding a few lines of code to the page to match the algorithms for the adventure bundle's number just like you use for buying the whole season, change a few functions, add another variable (likely using CASE so it's easier), and copy and paste some code. Not simple but not overly complicated considering the system is already in place for the season bundles and just needs to be tweaked.
Thanks Bonnie!
Ah, the essence of all programming.
I think you might be wrong about that:
Seems to me that they have to handle them manually as well.
It's almost one weeke since I've made my first post in here and still can't get it
Likewise.
I look at it this way personally - I bought the bundle for it's games, I didn't even know S+M S2 was going to be included. While I'd *love* to get the DVD, if I don't, that's just how the cookie crumbles. It's getting to the point I'm tired of trolling for it.
Yeah. It's not like I'm insanely desperate for it, it's just I'd like to order it with S1 and 3 and TOMI dvd's. Preferably before the TOMI deluxe edition goes out of stock if it hasn't already =/
I think the adventure bundle was great value, especially as I needed Sam and Max S2 as I already had S1 and S3 was on sale separately. I don't want to help Telltale think the bundle was more effort than it was worth, it's just I'd be disappointed if the TOMI deluxe sells out while I wait for a code so I combine all the postage to the UK. Which I think it already might have because it says back ordered when in the basket =S
Looks like they're halfway there. Good to see some progress on this.
(And while I'm already posting: still no mail here, but the fact that the order number now "works" is probably a sign that they abandoned the remaining mails and instead fix the order-number-input box, which is cool too).
for mac too?
That's how I interpret Rich C's post as well:
I haven't received a coupon yet though, but that might be because I already had S&M2. If I'm not mistaken, Tales and S&M3 are the only DVDs that works with Mac, but I'm not sure, since there doesn't seem to be system requirements listed in the store on any of Telltale's older games.
it looks like they don't care too much about the customers who bought this bundle. it's been 12 days now since my first post in here and over 1 week since Rich C promised to send us those emails with the coupon codes - and still nada.
But stilll waiting!!
¿¿Will the coupon allow download of S&M2 for Mac??
