Does Fatal Conspiracy use the "new" Ubisoft DRM?

See title. I couldn't find any info on this. I won't buy it, if it does (or at least will wait till the 360 version is as cheap as the PC one).

In some of the latest Ubisoft titles (Assasin's Creed II, the last Prince of Persia, maybe more that I don't know...), you MUST register yourself in an Ubisoft server and you MUST have an active Internet conection in order to play... even if they are single player games, with no online contents. Truly annoying. Imagine all that anti-Steam loath some people shows, multiplied by a trillion.
Even when I already have pre-purchased this new CSI, and I'd have done so even with that absurd DRM, because I truly do want the game, I certainly also want to know whether it has that DRM system or not.

No info is likely bad news.

The Ubi DRM is the worst thing that has happened to PC gaming, ever. Looks like Ubisoft stops doing PC games anyway...

It does not require a constant net connection to play. You will have to be connected to activate it when you run it the first time.

Thanks for the Info. Better than I feared, but still... I hate retail games that I have to activate online (with downloadable games it's a different story). Maybe I'll get the 360 Version when it's as cheap as the PC one.
