Japanese Back to the Future?

edited October 2010 in Back to the Future
Can anybody shed some light on this? Michael J Fox apparently did this in 2008 for Japan...

I don't know Japanese and have been trying to figure out what this is about.

Check the picture to the left, is it a new pinball game?!?

EDIT:

Found this video on youtube... its a video game but its like nothing I've ever seen before...

it looks very weird and complicated

It's not complicated, you just shoot the balls up into the circle area like you would a pinball ball. The balls drop and you get points depending on where they end up.

    It's a gambling game.

There's also a Back to the Future video slot machine: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0429631/ It apparently includes new footage of Christopher Lloyd in character.

But man, those chibi-Anime versions of Marty and Doc and Biff in that Pachinko game... I want them to make a movie out of that. That's adorable

If you've ever seen Plinko on The Price is Right, that's basically how Pachinko works. :)

Also in Shenmue 2 on Dreamcast and xbox there is a game like that where you drop a marble on a board with nails in it and they fall into slats at the bottom. I think it might be called something different but I havent played Shenmue for a few months.

It's actually called pachinko (or pachisuro for the "pachi-slot" versions that add in a slot machine mechanic). There's more info on the wikipedia article for those who are curious.
