disappointed service and failure to delivery product order

HI there support.

I used to be very happy with your services and product support as you were excellent in helping and providing support.

However I am very disappointed with a recent transaction. I placed an order for delivery of the DVD for tales of monkey island and DVD wallace and Gromit games. I received an email from Telltalegames stating that my delivery has been shipped on 11 June 2010. However till 29 Jul i have not received the DVDs and the tracking of the passage still says it is in US. The oder # is 600060806925102.

I sent an email to support on 29 Jul to request for someone to look into this matter. However till today 25 Sep, nobody responded to my plight.

What kind of service is this! I am very disappointed that Telltalegames always pride itself for providing great service and I used to think so. But now I am not so sure.
Anyway can someone please look into it as this is the first time such a thing has happened as in the past i received the games just fine.

    Thanks for your post. This and other "undelivered service" issues have scared me away from this company already, and I just signed up! Can't get a link to order I just place. What a joke.

    wallmg I can understand your worry about all of these undelivered posts, but you have to remember that we ship thousands of orders and only a tiny fraction of them run into issues. But we have this forum so we can correct those issues. If we were a shady company we probably wouldn't have this forum at all and would delete any posts like yours.

    You ordered a free episode of Back to the Future: The Game, it's a digital preorder. Which is why you don't have a link. Once it is available this winter you will be able to download it directly to your computer from http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases.

    I hope that clears things up.
