[issue-35288] Support has not replied yet

Sep. 14 I received my email confirmation email for issue 35288, I have checked my spam folder and from the disappointing looks of it, I have not received any support. Could someone from Telltale please respond via email to issue 35288. Thank you.

    Please close this issue, I looked into my bank statement to find the refund I had requested. Thank you guys for your support I just wished someone would've told me what was going on.
