How do I redeem the Free DVD for ToMI?

Hey there,

I bought ToMI during the Talk like a Pirate weekend for a friend, and got an email with a code that claimed to be redeemable for a free DVD (with S&H) and 20% off merchandise. When I put the coupon in, I get the 20% off the purchases, but the ToMI listing still reads as having a price, and not free. Is there a specific ToMI DVD listing I should be selecting, or something? Some help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try e-mailing support. For some reason with specials and deals the store has a problem telling the fact that you bought it.
