I purchased the Sam and Max 3 season bundle
But I want to own a hardcopy of all of TellTale games with the extras and nice cover artwork. 
I read the restrictions section before purchasing and it said: "Purchasers of this product are eligible for the end-of-season DVD for each respective game in the bundle."
I read somewhere on the site that if you own the game digitally and you want to order a hardcopy too, you only pay shipping costs.
So i try to use my order number to 'upgrade' the price of 'Sam & Max Season One Season Set + Bonus Disc' hoping a portion of the price gets deducted because I own all episodes, but it doesn't work.
Did I do something wrong or am I under the wrong assumption?

Do the DVD's include the games + extras or only extras?
