Hi,
I´ve now been waiting for my game for nearly I month. How long do I have to wait (I live in Sweden)

    You don't have to wait at all.

    You ordered a DIGITAL item which can be downloaded directly from our site. Just direct your browser to http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases while logged in to do so. There's no physical item to wait for.

    What game is it? Do you mean a DVD, or PNATI or BTTF? If it is a DVD, depends when it was shipped. Poker Night has no release date yet, and Back to the Future should come out in December, we don't exactly know when yet. Oh, and the games come out on the same day everywhere, except some people get it earlier than others because of the timezones. You just download from "My Games" when it becomes available. Hope that helps!

    ...I thought i ordered the collectors DVD, didn´t I?

    If you did order a DVD (which would appear on your invoice on your My Telltale page under the "Stuff you've Bought" header and would clearly be described as "Collector's DVD" or "Deluxe Edition" or "Standard Edition" depending on the game), keep in mind that international shipping takes up to 8 weeks.
    Also, the invoice would show shipping costs unless you took advantage of a special offer) and mention something like "Your order shipped on ****** **, 2010! Track your package!" or "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info." or even "One or more items are backordered. Your order will ship when all items are in stock.".

    Well, about that "Comic Con Tshirt" and "S&M S3 DVD"... How much more do I have to wait for those to be in stock? I mean, I'm not in a rush or anything, I'm just curious.

    We *hope* to start shipping the discs by next week.

    I am curious as to when my Sam and Max Symbiote Figures and my Season 3 DVD case will be in stock and shipped to me (I lived in Ohio somewhere). As well as the Poker Night at the Inventory game.

    Could we get an update on how long we have to wait for the Sam & Max season 3 DVDs to start shipping? The clock is already more than half past November.

    They're in manufacturing right now, or are already done and are prepping to be shipped. Either way it's very very close!
