Can not access the Freelance Police Dispatch

I pre-ordered The Devil's Playhouse on March 15, 2010. However, I've never been able to access the bonus forum (I can see it, just not enter it).

I sent an email [filled out the form] to support about two months ago (2010-09-08 ish) using the "contact us" link below, but never heard back from anyone. After seeing a similar post in this forum, I figured I would try my luck here. Hopefully someone can fix the problem. Thanks.

    Maybe it should just be opened for all at this point, considering the series has been over for several months now. There are other special pre-order forums for those who want access to something "secret."
