MISE issues (LA forums unhelpful)
Okay, so I know Monkey Island Special Edition isn't a Telltale game, but I browsed the Lucas Arts forums for MI and they're not only pretty dead these days, but unhelpful in general, so hear me out.
I purchased and downloaded MISE from Telltale today and while it authenticated and unlocked, it refuses to run. After attempting to open the program, I get an error message that says, "monkeyislandse.exe has stopped running" or something vague and unhelpful like that.
I'm pretty new to computer games in general, so I couldn't tell you what my computer has in it, but I can run The Devil's Playhouse without a problem, so I assumed (I know, I know) I'd be okay. I DO know that while the OS specifications say Windows XP or Vista, I have Windows 7, but I find it hard to believe that would be the problem.
I only ask here because I'm more familiar with the Telltale community and you guys seem pretty cool and maybe you'd have some helpful (if unnofficial) advise, before I delve back into the Lucas Arts support area.
Thanks.

Can you try that again? It's cut off.
I may be overdoing it with the dxdiag, but I'm posting the whole shebang:
