Dvd: will it work for both Windows and Mac?

I could find this information anywhere, and it doesn't seem to be very clear when shopping.
If I buy the Monkey Island dvd, will I buy able to use it on both my PC desktop or Mac laptop?

    I can speak as a Mac user. DVD works absolutely fine on a Mac, you'll have no problems at all and since the DVD lists system reqs for both Mac and Windows, I think it's safe to assume you'll be okay on both..

    It's a hybrid DVD, so yeah it will play both on Windows and Mac.
