Why cant the DVD be sent to the UK?

Hey All
Im trying to order the free TOMI DVD but the UK doesn't appear in the drop down menu.
Can anyone help? Thanks

    You need to look for Great Britain.

    I made that mistake the first time I tryed to buy Tales for download. I was new to downloading games so didn't relise that it didnt matter what country I said. :P
