[Poker Night] No (TF2) pre-order item

Well I pre-ordered the game a few weeks ago, and I never found out how to get my heavy's visor :,< When I went to my games page here, it showed that I had bought the game but there was nothing explaining what I had to do for my item.

Does anyone have any help?

    This is for if you bought it from Telltale's store. Otherwise it should be given to you when you start TF2 and I believe die in a game.

    It was sent to you via Steam to TF2 the second you bought it. You could've had it months ago, all as long as you pre-ordered it.

    When you have, you'll see a large notification saying you have a new item. I think you would've seen that.

    "If you pre-ordered Poker Night at the Inventory on Steam, the Heavy's Visor will unlock in your copy of TF2. You can check that out immediately."

    Yeah, I got nothing at all. I even played a few rounds of poker to see if that would work. Then I went to play some tf2 and still nothing. Maybe the servers are just bogged down for the time being?

    Oh goodness did you just ignore a persons post?

    Read this: http://www.telltalegames.com/tf2visor and do what it says. If it is blank, then you didn't preorder.

    It's not blank, it says I qualify. I'm not an idiot, I already did all this stuff before I posted. I used the code unlocked it on steam, the item just hasn't showed up.

    Apperently, TTG messed up, and new game-only codes replaced the old ones.
