Minor (and I do mean Minor) Annoyance

Just installed Episode 3, and am slightly annoyed to have to re-select the resolution, music volume and turn off the subtitles again.
It'd be quite nice if future episodes could check for installation of earlier ones, and just copy the settings over.
Anyway, enough griping, more playing :D

    A generic Telltalegames registry entry could do this...
