Backorders?

Is there an ETA on the premium disc for Sam & Max Season 3? I ordered a decent little order, and it's been backordered for a while now....

Thanks!

I'm also in the same boat - I ordered DVDs for all three seasons of Sam & Max back in August, I would appreciate it if someone could clarify what the situation is with these backorders - While I'm happy that I can download the episodes, I really would appreciate the DVDs!!!

JusSonic here. I wonder how the progress with the symbiote figures and the Sam and Max Season 3 DVD (that I got for free after getting all of the episodes) are. They are on backorder for who knows how long and I'm getting concerned here.

On the same note, what about the 92 Comic-Con Sam & Max T-shirt?

Yeah, I'd love to know that, too...

The Comic-Con shirt is actually in stock. If you are seeing a backorder notice please let me know.

The Devils Playhouse discs were supposed to be in on the 1st but have been delayed, hopefully we'll have them in a few........

I think what's happening for some is that orders that include the Season 3 DVD are not shipping because it's backordered (since we ship everything at once).

With or without S&M Season 3 DVD, it shows "backordered" to me. Maybe only XL size, ran out of stock... I dunno...

Well, I already ordered it during the weekend, because I didn't want to miss out on the 50% discount, and at the time the the afore mentioned t-shirt (I ordered it Large if that specific size is the problem) appeared as backordered in the cart and still does if I put it in my cart again now.
In the confimation email I recived after purchase I was notified that I had preordered an item even though I only ordered physical items (e.g. shirts, posters, my DVD copy of Monkey Island and some other stuff).
    Preorder alert
One or more items in your order are in preorder status. Physical merchandise will be shipped once all items are in stock. Preordered games can be downloaded from your Telltale account once the game is released (we'll send an email to let you know). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at support@telltalegames.com.

At the moment, if I check on the status of my order through my purchases page, I'm told that "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info.". Does this mean that the order will indeed be shipped soon and the backordered t-shirt notice is no loner a problem?

Yup. That's the state before it's shipped. Although it sometimes has the odd tendancy to never update, even if your items are already at your home...

As long as I'm done waiting I don't mind what the status of the order is really :p
    Thanks for answering that question

Cool...thanks for the reply! I assume that the Sam and Max DVD set is backordered for a couple weeks or so due to the demand on the 50% off sale?

I ordered the collectors DVD (along with the Movie Poster Set) on Augest 31st. I understand that there was a higher demand than expected, but we've waited 3 months. Is there any way of getting an ETA that isn't vague? Will I be able to get these before Christmas? Before the next year?
