didn't successfully add S&M series 3 dvd to my basket :(

hi!

I would normaly sit quite patiently and wait for my support ticket to be handled, but its been just over 24 hrs, and I'm just a bit nervous that someone will only pick it up after my order has already been dispatched :(

basically I wanted to take advantage of the half price / 50 USD free shipping offer by buying enough S&M goods to qualify for the offer and then get the SM3 dvd along with it.

however it seems that I somehow didn't manage to successfully add in the sm3 dvd (I had quite a few sam and max stuff in there so didn't notice).


I was basically wondering if you would be able to add in the free sm3 dvd into that shipment (I preordered the game)

thank you for looking into this matter during this hectic time of the year :)

btw, my support ticket is 38560 (and again apologies for not waiting longer for someone to respond)

    Generally, no one can add items to existing orders. However, you can cancel the first order and make a second one that does include the DVD.

    Ok, rather than canceling it I think I will just make another order then. damn tell tale and their tasty christmas deals :(

    Hopefully they wont entice me to do any more shopping with these christmas offers or I might get into trouble with the gf having spent all the christmas money :)

    Hi Alfdaur, I just found your ticket and will emailing you a reply. Just to let you know we normally don't answer support emails on the weekend or holidays. I'm just checking in this weekend when I have spare time.

    wait, wait, wait, the sam and max dvd of season tree has been relaised D8, well i will take the chanse to say i have order it to, and im a contest runner, so i had chousen the sam and max pack, and i dont have any news of anything...sorry for bouthering.
