'Issue-37037', which later became 'issue-39514'...

Hi,

I have a problem about which I have emailed you twice. The first email was sent on Oct/26 and was assigned the code 'issue-37037', the second email was sent on Dec/8 and was assigned the code 'issue-39514'. None of these emails were ever answered. I should add that I have the domain '@telltalegames.com' on my list of safe senders so any eventual reply couldn't have gone to my spam folder.

The problem I had wasn't entirely uncommon, judging by a few other threads I've found. On Jul/13, an order I had placed much earlier (Mar/28) was shipped to me. When it arrived, I found out that one of the items I had ordered hadn't been shipped (1 x Max & Crossbones T-Shirt, size M). A note was included explaining it was unavailable at the time and that it would be shipped to me on a later date.

Almost five months have passed since and I would really like to settle this matter, either by receiving the T-Shirt or a refund for what I paid for it.

P.S. Seeing as the Collector's DVD for the 3rd Season of Sam & Max has apparently become available, I could be placing an order for it soon. Since international shipping isn't cheap, perhaps it would be a good idea to have the T-Shirt shipped alongside that order.

    Hi H,

I am sorry about that. I have reshipped it to you.

    Thanks,

    Amy

And then again on Dec 8th.

Could you please elaborate a bit further?

If I understood you correctly, you've sent me two emails, none of which I've received. More importantly, a T-Shirt was sent to me on October?! And another one on December?! It hasn't (or they haven't) arrived so what's the next course of action?

I need to contact customs if you haven't received the shirt from December to see what's going on. Did you double check your address in the invoice?

Two T-shirts were sent, then?! I had absolutely no idea... It's very strange that neither has arrived, though. I receive packages from Japan, Hong Kong, the US and the UK quite regularly and I can't recall the last time anything went missing.

As for the address on the invoice, I haven't changed it ever since I registered with you so it should be accurate. From memory, I must have received at least four orders from you before and there were never any problems.

Edit: I've checked the address on the invoice (the one for the original order, back in July) and, as expected, everything is correct.
