Pre order not working...

Like the title says, I place all the necessary info then press submit and it keeps saying that there's a problem the tech guys have been notified... can anyone help?

Edit: I just go my Visa bill and it says I paid for 6 BttF games!! Is there anyway I can get my money back?? Please, I only pay for one.

    I am having the same problem. Says "Sorry, something went wrong with your request. Our tech people have been notified."

    Hmmm.......well, this might be wishful thinking, but don't most companies stop pre-orders shortly before the game is released?

    Yes, I was thinking the same thing. Actually, I hope its that, I press the "submit" button like 7 times.
