Order Status still "Pending Shipment"?

If your order still says Pending or Not Shipped right now and you don't have any items that are on backorder it's likely your order has shipped.

When the Season 3 disc came out we had to process 1000s of orders and since uploading information that an order has shipped takes a lot of time we're using that time to ship more orders instead. I know this may seem like a bit of annoyance but we're doing it to get your items to you faster.

    Hi there, I've bought a lot of physical stuff, but it seems that many of the items are back ordered (BTTF TGC, BTTF License Plate, Sam & Max Posters, etc)

    So, do you guys know when are you going to re-stock everything??

    And also, what happens if some of the items of my order are now in stock and then they run out before you send me everything because of the back-order items?

    Huh. That makes sense. I made a pretty big order before Christmas, and just figured they'd shut down for the holidays.

    I had something "pending shipment" since Dec. 28th. It still says that, but it showed up today in the mail.

    So what if it says "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info", but one of the items seems to be backordered?

    (I've seen that message since I placed the order on Dec 5 but the item haven't arrived yet)

    That is the exact message that I have for my order that arrived yesterday. My order also was backordered. Your message means it is on the way. Just wait it out.

    I have the same message... since september 27th. It's becoming long :/

    EDIT: I received a mail saying my order had shipped about 6 hours ago from now, thanks a lot ;)

    I can't either, but it shipped less then 24 hours ago. I think it's normal

    same with my order that I placed on Nov 25... :confused:

    How often do you receive new shipments? Are you making sure you are listing "item not in stock" because this could avoid hundreds of returns and complaints :)

    When an item is on backorder it says "On Backorder"

    True, but apparently this is not an accurate thing. I placed an order on the 26th of November where the only item I had marked as "Backordered" was the 92 Comic-Con Sam & Max T-Shirt and when I asked about it you said that if it appears as backordered it's a mistake. Nothing else was marked as backordered and yet my order has still not shipped out...

    Actually your order did ship out. Based on the order number it was somewhere between the 17th and the 25th.

    Ah...well...errm...that's nice :p.
    Still, the point is that, as you obviously understand, some times an item will showup as backordered when it's not.

    P.S.
    Wasn't I supposed to get a tracking number for my order then if it has shipped out, closing in on, a month ago? (Spam folder is checked on a daily basis as I know you have not been changing status of orderes on your site to save time)

    My order says "Your order shipped on October 14, 2010!".
    And USPS tracking status still says "Electronic Shipping Info Received".
    It's something wrong with my order?

    While the USPS status does not get updated for international orders (it's only a delivery confirmation and only works for domestic orders), 3 1/2 months is way too long for any order to be delivered.
    I suggest you e-mail customer service (including your order number) at support@telltalegames.com.
