Not able to download in Purchases page

Hi there --

I recently bought Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition. On 'Your Purchases' page there are links to download the several chapters plus their Serial Number.

Alas, I've been trying for 3 days to download the chapters with no results. It gives me an error page that says: "The server denies connections. The server might be too busy or might be disabled. Try again a bit later."

Well, 3 days is later. Shall I wait much later? Can this be solved? :confused:

    So... no news on this? I also emailed the support address and nothing.

    Amazing. Zero support feedback.

    It's still the holiday season, Caprica. I bet hardly anyone is at work at Telltale this week. They'll be back next week, surely.

    I just tried downloading Launch of the Screaming Narwhal and it seemed to be working just fine (tried the PC and Mac version), so I'm not sure why it's not working for you...
    Here's a link to the PC version and here's one for the Mac one.
    Try downloading it from one of these links and let me know if it's working. I'll post links for the other episodes if it is.
