Cancelling Pre-Ordered BTTF for PC - need PS3
To Whom this may concern,
I pre-ordered the Back to the Future Game from a Link on the BTTF Facebook game that said you would receive $5 off; and it had the PSN logo underneath.
With no notice that ordering from the site was PC only (which you desperately need to remedy), I placed the order Sunday evening. I've spent the last 3 days trying to e-mail customer service about how the code works for the PS3, only to find out on the forums today that the site order was PC only.
I would like information about order cancellation so I can purchase the game for the Playstation 3.

I really hope they can do something about it.
I've been e-mailing them since Sunday.
its a really busy day for the team today.
im sure they will get back to you regarding your concerns.
And deactivate your email spam filters.
