No download icon on my games page!

Currently downloading it but I read I wont be able to play it as the icon or serial number hasnt popped up on my purchases page! Any fixes?

    I have the same problem. Downloaded it but can't login. It claims I don't own the game.

    Yeah I assume I have same problem too. No serial number, icon or even download button for first episode, yet I have invoice about purchase.

    Mine did but now I got the whole re-download thing others seem to have trouble with...

    I had the same problem, so I emailed Telltale support (support@telltalegames.com) and within 5 minutes the episodes showed up under my "Your Games" list and I could log in to the game.
    I'm now (apparently) redownloading the game, as it started downloading a lot of stuff when i pressed play.

    Here the same... wrote to Telltale-Support too,
    and hope i can play the Game after finished work :confused:
