Possible to add item to order?

Sorry for ANOTHER query - I feel like it's all I'm doing! I'm guessing the answer is no, but here goes!
Would it be possible to get an item added to an order that has not yet shipped (as items are backordered) without cancelling and reordering? Specifically, the Sam and Max Season 1 disc. I already have the whole season, and the order in question qualified for free P&P so I wouldn't actually owe Telltale any money if it were to be added (which is why I thought there'd be an outside chance it would be possible).
If not, no worries, I'll just wait until my next TT order and get it with that. (Probably the BttF disc as far as physical items go, but I can wait!)
