Can't download or gift BttF

I can't download Episode one.

I am dissapointed, because i pre-ordered the whole season (25 October!) and i don't get an answer from the support team.

Can anybody help me?!

Now steam offers BttF for about 17 Euros, i pre-ordered it from the telltale shop for about 19 Euros (25 $), can't play it. Nice service telltale and nice pricing, i think that was the last time i bought a game directly from your shop.

    You should remember that with Steam you DO NOT get the DVD at the end, with Telltale, you DO get the DVD at the end of the Season with Bonus Content, etc.

    Also worth remember that Steam are on a HOLIDAY SALE, nearly everything on their store is going cheap in some way.

    I can live without a CD/DVD, i dont want that. I can't download the game i've preordered.

    Then you should have got it from Steam and saved yourself $2.

    Thank you, i already did send a mail a day ago. I hope i get the download this weekend.

    Now i got the email, and i can download the first episode!     ;)
