Just a few quick questions...

Ok, so I just have a few questions, and I thought I might as well put them all in one post.

1. Is there no free DVD for Wallace and Gromit? I have four episodes, but when I add Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures (DVD Version) to the cart, it charges $19.95.

2. I received an e-mail with the subject: "RE: WiiWare Tales of Monkey Island: Ep3 for Free:" and titled: "We seem to have had an error with our previous email. Apologies for the inconvenience, but you are still eligible to receive your free game! Follow the instructions below to redeem:"
I'm not sure what this is about. I had completed a survey quite a while ago, and received a free Monkey Island episode for it (I believe it was Episode 2), but I don't remember taking another one. I'm further confused about the "error with our previous email." Was this supposed to be sent to someone else?

3. I was under the impression that the free episode of "Back to the Future: The Game" was not supposed to be available until February, yet I receive an e-mail telling me to "Click the link below to download your copy of 'Back to the Future: The Game Episode 1: It's About Time'" Seems like an odd thing to receive, considering I cannot currently afford to purchase the "Back to the Future" season.

    1. There should be. E-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com from the e-mail address linked to your Telltale account (maybe including the order number for the digital episodes) and they should be able to check your order history and add the DVD for free in your cart as necessary.
Keep in mind that this is Christmas weekend and customer service will probably be swamped with Back to the Future tickets --> Be patient! ;)

    2. I'm not sure why you received any e-mail if you didn't do the survey, but am more confused by the fact that I did the survey a few days ago and did not receive any e-mail!
Anyway, if you can redeem episode 3, enjoy!

    3. The free episode might be available for download, but if you didn't purchase the full season, you should not be able to activate it (people who registered for the free episode have posted in another thread that they got the same e-mail and have been unable to unlock the episode).
You are right, though... it is an odd thing to receive.

    1. Heh. I'm in no hurry. I'm not at home for Christmas, so I won't be ordering any DVDs for a few days now.

    2. Again not in a big hurry. I've already got the PC version of the season, and I only filled out the first survey because I was curious about how the Wii version compared to the PC games. I liked the Wii remote controls, but I found the PC version to be superior, especially considering the swag at the end of the season. I'm sorry you didn't get your episode though. :(

    3. I didn't think I would actually be able to unlock it, and indeed I couldn't, but I didn't want to have access to something I shouldn't. o.0
