I have BTTF but the client tells me my account does not own the game.

I have the serial number in my past purchases page but there is no download link. I downloaded the general client and when I try to sign in it says that my account does not own the game. Is there a way I can put in my serial number or something?

    Is it the free episode or did you purchase the whole season?
    If it's the free episode, you have to wait until February to be able to activate it.
    Otherwise, you should e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com.

    Ohhh, yes it is the free episode. I didn't realize.
