how do i cancel a back order item?
i order the sam & max figures back on the 7th. missed Christmas and i just want my money back so i can order something else.
made a few ticket a few days ago no reply. :(

    just an update, I got an email today ago from support stating my item has been shipped!
    I just now got an email stating my item has now just been shipped and the USPS tracking number does not work. USPS said its just been shipped today so the information should populate soon. Guess who sent off a letter to the BBB. :D
