Hanging Processing Order
Hi,
I just registered to the site.
Placed and order for Tales of Monkey Island.
Paid via PayPal and payment was registered in my account.
However, the order got hung while processing.
Is there anything I need to do.
I have not received an email cofirmation of the order.
But the payment went through.

Honestly - the transaction went through and so did the payment.

I'm actually not in office today, I just get bored sometimes on the weekends and hang out in the forums. Let me check with Paypal though.
Its the first time I buy from you guys.

The paypal status is: Under Review, according to paypal they are having issues processing the payment. You need to contact them.
This is what they sent us:
Wait to ship the item until we've completed Payment Review for this transaction.
To help protect you, PayPal is reviewing this payment.
The review process may take up to 24 hours.
We'll contact you as soon as we reach a decision.
You should not ship the item until we let you know the payment has cleared. If the payment clears: You may proceed to process the order. To know if your item is covered, check the 'Seller Protection' section of the 'Transactions Details' page and ensure that it states 'Eligible'.
Seller Protection:
Not Eligible
However, in my account, I see the transaction as completed.
Then you really need to contact Paypal. I think their open for a little longer today.
They will release the funds in about 24 hours.

It looks like it went through just fine. DO you not see it in your account under past purchases?
