S&M DVD Being Held Up When It Shouldn't Be

When I ordered the S&M:TDP DVD, I also ordered 3 other things. But the DVD was backordered (aka, not there) so I had to wait.

Now that the DVD is available, my order is being held up by an item that has become backordered in the time between the order and now. That is completely unfair. Don't you guys reserve this stuff or something?

Can I please have my order? It has been at least 4 months and I'm kind of getting annoyed.

    Did you put in a support ticket, we actually hold your other items for you if something on your order is on backorder to prevent this.

    I'll try that, but can I ask why it still hasn't been sent? Or better yet, I'll try finding out through support.

    Hi telltale im having a similar issue. Ive bought your games quite a long while back but never shipped the dvds because i live in Singapore and the shipping was expensive. With the christmas sale, i took advantage of the free shipping to finally get my hard copies of the games.

    I ordered on 5th december and finally, today on the 18th of January they have arrived.
    I ordered all the sam and max seasons, monkey island and the wallace and gromit dvd along with the back to the future card game.

    Unfortunately, now that i open the box, everything is in tehre except for Sam N Max Season 1 and 2!!! Only season 3 was provided. Was there a shipping error? On my online invoice it shows all sam and max listed as ordered, but in the order slip that comes with the box shows ONLY SAM and MAX season 3! How can this be? None of those dvds were backordered when i placed them, and actually had to wait until the BTTF card game that was backordered was finally in stock before you guys shipped my order. Sam and Max was not backordered and cant be that you did not reserve my copy?

    I hope that is not the case as it would not be fair that just because the BTTF card game was backordered you guys did not hold copies of the rest of the order for me only until the BTTF was in stock then placed it? When i placed the order on the 5th everything was available bar the BTTF game.

    Ive waited so long ot get a chance to ship these games and now that finally i got the chance, i waited 1 month for the parcel to arrive only to be missing dvds. I would really like them but at the same time cannot afford to pay for a separate shipment especially when i made no error in purchase.

    Any assistance? I hope you can send me the parcel without shipping at the very least.

    You know, it would have been nice to see on the myTelltale page which items are backordered.

    How did you know which ones are/were The Highway?

    I just added each item individually to the cart to see which was backordered...

    Kind of a pain isn't it? And not really that userfriendly.

    But apparently the warehouse got a hold of my items. Hope it doesn't take over a month like last time.
