Shipment arrived : Missing items!!
Hi telltale im having a shipment issue. Ive bought your games quite a long while back but never shipped the dvds because i live in Singapore and the shipping was expensive. With the christmas sale, i took advantage of the free shipping to finally get my hard copies of the games.
I ordered on 5th december and finally, today on the 18th of January they have arrived.
I ordered all the sam and max seasons, monkey island and the wallace and gromit dvd along with the back to the future card game.
Unfortunately, now that i open the box, everything is in tehre except for Sam N Max Season 1 and 2!!! Only season 3 was provided. Was there a shipping error? On my online invoice it shows all sam and max listed as ordered, but in the order slip that comes with the box shows ONLY SAM and MAX season 3! How can this be? None of those dvds were backordered when i placed them, and actually had to wait until the BTTF card game that was backordered was finally in stock before you guys shipped my order. Sam and Max was not backordered and cant be that you did not reserve my copy?
I hope that is not the case as it would not be fair that just because the BTTF card game was backordered you guys did not hold copies of the rest of the order for me only until the BTTF was in stock then placed it? When i placed the order on the 5th everything was available bar the BTTF game.
Ive waited so long ot get a chance to ship these games and now that finally i got the chance, i waited 1 month for the parcel to arrive only to be missing dvds. I would really like them but at the same time cannot afford to pay for a separate shipment especially when i made no error in purchase.
Any assistance?

Hello,
The normal shipping time for international orders is six weeks. The other two items we not sent as they were out of stock and they will be shipped to you when we get them back in stock. We expect to get these items in next week.

Anyway im not angry, just wanted to clarify, So to confirm you have shipped it already with no additional costs yes? I tried checking everyday whether there would be a new order shipment in the "stuff you bought" section so i was not sure whether it was even shipped yet. Thats why i was wondering what was the status.
When I create a second order it doesn't always show in your orders for some reason (we're working on it, I promise) but I can see the order so I know it's going to be shipped.
