Ordered BTTF Dec. 26, still can't log in!

I ordered Back To The Future on Dec. 26 and never received a download link or any email of any kind from telltail. Two days later I got emails thanking me for signing up for the site/forum, but still no download link. Someone on this forum gave me a download link but the game says I do not own it and wont let me log in. I have sent many emails to Telltail and have never received a reply.

    It looks like you bought BttF as a gift. The easiest way to correct this is to redeem your own gift code.
