S&M Season 2 promo code: No DVD?

The promo code only works with the downloadable version, so can I get a DVD or not? Also the DVD version says Windows only, but will the Mac version work too?

(PS. I'm talking about the code that came with the Telltale newsletter)

    While the promo code is probably for the downloadable version only, once you've bought it, you can place a separate order and get the DVD version for free (plus shipping).
    FYI, there is no Mac version on the DVD (no Telltale DVD released prior to Tales of Monkey Island has a Mac version), but you can download it once you've bought it.
