issue-42676 still not received BTTF

i've order BTTF for MAC. the order is placed on the 26th of december. and they charge it to my credit card but i still haven't received my order. i sent a lot of mails to support@telltalegames.com about my problem but all got is auto-replies. my issue number is 42676, a little help please...

You bought the digital version of the game, which you should be able to download in the link above. There won't even be a physical version for them to send you for a couple more months.

thanks for the help but i still couldn't find where to download the game. there's no link to download in www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases. just the order number

Exact same problem here. I have a receipt for the game in my inbox but it isn't showing up under "My games" on the website, though it is showing up on "My past purchases". Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: My issue code is issue-43601 if that helps.
