The Pre-order problem!

My mom pre-ordered BTTF the game for me for christmas. she printed out a code which I entered. Though the website denied the code, I got the game anyway. so far, no problem. but, you guys claimed that with a pre-order of BTTF: the game, I would get a copy of puzzle agent FREE. but, I don't seem to have received puzzle agent. can you tell me whats going on, or maybe give me a free download of it? thanks.

    BUT IT DIDN'T. even so, I was promised a free game, so I expect a free game.

    E-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com and include the order number (your mom might have to e-mail if the account from which the purchase was made is linked to her e-mail address).

    EDIT: A possibility: if your Mom bought it for you as a gift and did so from a different Telltale account than yours, it's possible that she checked the "I'm buying this game as a gift for someone else" box for Back to the Future and not for Puzzle Agent, thereby getting Puzzle Agent added to her account.
    I might be completely off base, but I thought I'd throw it out there...

    If the site denied the code you not have gotten the game. If the game was pre-ordered I just need her invoice number or email address to get you your copy of Puzzle Agent.

    It's okay. I'll try the other person's idea. if that doesn't work, I will send you the information.
