Puzzle Agent shopping problem..

I want Puzzle Agent. I need a game to play today as I'm bored.

It says 50% OFF THIS GAME! DISCOUNT TAKEN AT CHECKOUT.

However, when I go to check out it doesn't take 50% off. I'm still paying $4.99. :(

    It could be because the game used to be $9.95 (the price I paid on May 7, 2010), then Telltale decided to run a temporary special where 50% was discounted at checkout (on December 23, 2010, for example) and finally made the $4.99 price permanent (on January 19, 2011) but never bothered to remove the "50% OFF THIS GAME! Discount taken at checkout" line from the description.
    So, I could be wrong but I believe that the $4.99 price point already includes the discount.

    Or they forgot to update the site. Give them a break. $5 is half of the original price. The game is worth much more than $5. If you want a good game, pay the extra $2.50.

    I just think they should update the site. It's been over a week since I posted here and sent an email. That $2.50 is my reward as showing them a flaw in their website which could allow others to also claim they're entitled to the game for $2.50 also. So, in effect, I'm SAVING them money.

    Oh well, I'm not gonna buy it. Non-responsive company.
