Order Question
Hey Telltale
I know you guys were swamped with orders and were experiencing delays but I was just curious whether my order(#600086097614147, Nov. 24th) hasn't shipped yet due to any other problems (billing, backordering, or some such thing) that may be responsible for the delay.
I tried sending an email at the start of the month but haven't received a response, so I thought I'd try the forums.

I guess I'll email support again as I never received a response back from my original email with a support #, either in my inbox or my spam folder. I suspect it was because I emailed them from my student account rather than my TellTale account email.

What was the ticket number? .Edu networks almost always block us + I reply to everything.
That would explain it, then, as I never even got an automated response with a ticket number. At the time I didn't know I was supposed to receive one, however, so that didn't alert me to the problem.
My ticket number is now 43956 but I only emailed you guys a few days ago, so there isn't any hurry. Thanks for being so responsive, however.
