I Get A Black Screen

When I try to play episode 2. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it? I'm dying to play part 2.

    That happened to me too. Lower your Graphic level to around 1 and should come back.

    Yes. I can click on play. I get the chimes, the title....I hear Marty and Doc talking but I cant see anything.

    Another thing I don get...why am I getting the theme song when it says June 13 1931?

    Go to the settings menu and turn the graphics down once.

    I had this issue as well. When I right clicked and ran BTTF2 as an Administrator (in *******) then all was well. Could be a graphical thing, but this solution worked for me. YMMV.

    What do you mean turn the graphics down once? Would you mind telling me what I have to do step by step? Thanks!

    Please? Anybody? I hate to see my money go down the drain and I really want to play.

    launch the game -> in the main menu click on options and lower the graphics quality (for testing purposes) -> start a new game and check if it works or if you're still getting a black screen
