Sorry, but it doesn't look like you own Back to the future.

Hey! I took the offer for a free episode of Back to the future, and finally downloaded it.

Thing is, whenever I try to start the game, it says that it doesn't look like I own the game, to log in with another account or get the game. o.0

Anybody can help me on that one?

    Could you maybe try Amy's suggestion that solved another problem?

    Your best option at this time might be to e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com.
    Be sure to write from the e-mail that's linked to your Telltale account.
