Will I ever get a response for my issues?

I don't know why the other topic was closed, but I still didn't get answers for my issues #42983 and #43576. I only received the confirmation e-mails and nothing else, checked the spam folder too... :(

    Here's the first email, I also tried send it to you via gmail as well. Maybe your email doesn't like me?

    We closed the old thread because I couldn't really reply to people without revealing personal information in some cases. Now we just answer through pm.

    I can't calculate the difference in shipping cost for you without an exact address but if you add the items into your cart on the store you can remove items to see the difference. If you can provide me with your friends order numbers I can add their discs to your order after I get email confirmations from them.

    I have no idea why I can't receive your mails, as I receive the newsletter without problems, however it's ok for me to use PMs here on the forum... Thanks again,

    It won't let me combine them. You'll need to order them separately. I tried every way I could think of. Sorry.

    But this way we'll have to pay 3 times the shipping costs to ship all at the same place... Is there no way to manually modify an order?
