BTTF eps 2 & 3 not available for download on Games page

I bought the season of Back to the Future, but I have no way to download it. I go to my games and I see the first episode for download (I downloaded it earlier today), but I can't access a download for the other episodes. So, help! Help me! Thanks ahead of time!

    Same issue here.

    support@telltalegames.com and wait for them to get around to giving you what you paid for.

    Ok so either cause it's late or something but after I was done with the first episode which I got for free ... I bought the whole 5 episode package and now I wanna continue, I have absolutely no clue where to actually download or activate or what the 2nd episode... do I need to way for my order to go tru or something?? Or am I missing something obvious here??

    Did you buy it here at telltale for PC/Mac? Then just click on the your games button on top of the page. It is the second button from the right.
    There you can see what you have bought and download it for PC and Mac. You can also choose the language before downloading.
    Just install the downloaded file and have fun :-)

    I think there is a problem cause all I see is episode one! I took a screenshot but I need a url... anyway yeah I have the invoice saying I bought the full package but I lack the 2nd and 3rd episode download ...

    Sometimes it takes a while or a restart of the browser to see the downloads, if nothing helps write to the support team they can fix it, they can clearly see it when you bought the game and can make the downloads available from their side.

    Yeah one time none of mine showed up and they just had to adjust something on their end.

    Hi Avikus, I'm moving this to the Shopping/Activation Support board so that the Telltale people will see it. They might need to add the game manually for you.

    I also purchased the entire season of BTTF, the rest of the currently available episodes aren't showing up in my download list either, save for the first ep, which is currently free.

    I am also having problems accessing the BTTF season that I have purchased. I downloaded the first episode, played it, and then bought the season, but it is not showing up now in my purchase area. From the other posts and a few other threads, I think there might be an issue with downloading the first episode and then buying the others. I bought it using Paypal, which was successful and listed in my Purchases area.

    Telltale's support people work weekdays (US west coast hours), so you might have to wait out the weekend.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    I downloaded the first episode for free and went back and bought the rest of the season, and it shows as paid on the 'My Games' screen, but the only thing showing to download is the first episode...

    Same issue here, can't download Ep 2 or 3, shows up as paid, i got the purchase confimation email, but no download links or anything

    Hi Pogoyen, looks like a few people have had this issue. I think Telltale support will need to add the other episodes to your account manually. Moving this to the support forum so they'll see it.

    Thanks for keeping us up to date Puzzlebox. I am having the same issue, but I'm sure Telltale will fix it soon. Can't wait to play, I loved the first episode.

    same problem here. I just ordered the whole season from this site but only have Ep1 available to download in my account. Wish I had read this thread earlier, I would've ordered it on Steam instead. I'd be playing Ep2 right now :/

    I'm having the same problem here, is ridiculous and support such an error, learn from the steam as it sells games.
    first time I buy a game straight from Telltale's website and I will never buy again, I feel wronged and cheated.

    Yep, I have the same issue as you guys. I sent a ticket last night. Let's hope its fixed by Monday.

    same problem as well bought the game (after being impressed by the free one) and no downloads and even with the links above it still says i need to buy it.
    The weird thing is ive been using telltale to get these games for a while and in 3 seasons of sam and max 1 WnG and the strongbad games never had this happen before guess its just a blip really.

    I have an additional question.

    I did not get a serial number in my confirmation e-mail. It said :

    As you can see, there is no serial number in there. Is this part of the same problem, or is this a different problem?

    Just FYI, the problem seems to be limited to people who downloaded the free episode, then purchased the full game.

    i paid for the whole series of bttf but when i go to my games it has no download link, just an invoice :confused:

    i didnt use paypal i payed via a card (visa)

    Thanks Akailo. Guess that means it's a more widespread issue rather than something to do with PayPal.

    I had the iPad Ep1 but the frame rate was too slow so I went to the Telltale Games site here and just bought the whole season. No serial number, no links like everyone else, but since I didn't get the free Ep 1 first, it didn't show up either and now I can't get it through the free site since I already bought the whole set (it says the free link won't show if you already own the whole set, which makes sense if you can actually get a link for those episodes).
