Collector's DVD costs?

This is probably a stupid question, but I just want to make sure that I've understood that correctly (I'm not a native English-speaker):
I've preordered JP:TG and would like to receive the DVD when it's out.
So does it cost only the shipping? No additional costs?
You can also receive the game Collector's DVD after the series finale (for cost of shipping only)

    To figure out how much shipping costs to anywhere are for a specific item, just add a similar item in your shopping cart and start (but don't finish) the checkout process.
    Once you've entered your address, the next page will let you know what shipping costs are at that time (keep in mind that they are subject to change between now and the time when the DVD becomes available).

    For example, at this time, the shipping costs for one DVD to Baldos (a city I picked at random), Portugal are:
    $11.23 for USPS First Class Mail International Parcels
    $16.75 for USPS Priority Mail International
    $58.94 for FedEx International Economy
    and $65.68 for FedEx International Priority.
