I'm unable to activate/play any of the Sam and Max or Monkey Island games I've purchased.

Did you try emailing us again? Ticket ID 46497 does not exist.
Why would you provide me a ticket # that doesn't exist? I see I'm not alone either... you may want to look at the system you're using to handle technical support issues.
More importantly, how can you help me register my purchases?
What do you mean by register your purchase? Can you PM me the issue that you're having?
