Paid for game that is not showing in purchases

I tried to preoroder the game, but it says I havnt bought anything but the money was taken off my card, help?

What do you mean by "it says I haven't bought anything"?
Does your purchase not appear on your My Telltale page under "Stuff you've bought: a retrospective"?
Or do you mean that the game is not available for download on that same page (which would be normal, as it hasn't been released yet)?
If you completed the purchase (and got charged for it), but the order does not appear on that page, you should e-mail Telltale's customer service at support@telltalegames.com.

I pre ordered the Jurassic Park game, and the money waqs taken off my card but it doesnt say I have any purchases in the My games section for my profile.

Hi Black Hawk, if it worked you should see something like this on your Games page:




It should also show up down the bottom of that page in the "Stuff You've Bought" section:




If it's not there, send an email to support@telltalegames.com (include your order number if you have it). They might have to add the game manually for you.
