Tales of Monkey Island Buttons - Set #1

"Tales of Monkey Island" is a great, great game, so i recently bought the "deluxe edition" of it, plus the "Voodoo Card Set" and the "Buttons - Set #2".

My question is: there's a way to buy the "Tales of Monkey Island Buttons - Set #1" ?? I really want it but in the store there's no reference about it.. Sometimes it appears in the bottom of the page, but when i click on, nothing happens..

So, are there other Tales of Monkey Islands items that are no longer available for purchase?
