I sent an email to support on April 9th. I've sent two emails since then, but haven't received any reply.

    There seems to be a general technical issue with the mailing-system.
    What's the problem you are having?

    I emailed you back. I'm just forwarded the emails to Trialpay and Netflix so it might be a bit longer.
