issue 46361
I requested on the third of april for manual activation. Got the confirmation email as below.
Waited for a response. On the 8th of April I resent the request asking it to be resolved before the weekend. NO automated response. No response at all. Every day I would check including the JUNK email.
Can you sort this out before the Easter holidays please.
It would seem as per the previous posts this is a constant problem. I would advise anyone prior to purchasing to consider twice if support is something you are concerned with.
Kind regards,
Sam.

p.s. We try very hard to respond to email within a day or two (and often reply even sooner). Response time may be a little longer on weekends or holidays. If a few days go by and you haven't heard back from us, there's a good chance we didn't get your email, or you didn't get our response. Please check your spam folder! If email just doesn't seem to be working, post in our support forum (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26). Mention that you've already tried to email us, and we'll look into the problem right away.

What is the problem? Have you tried searching the forums for a solution? Maybe someone else had the same problem as you.
I'm resending the reply via gmail. Can you let me know if you get it?
Thanks for your reply and manual activation codes.
I have been checking my Spam folder regularly and fish out whatever is in there. I fished out the invoice but I never got any of your activation replies.
Your gmail account seemed to work fine.
On another note I'd like to report
1) Games 1 and 3 seem to work fine
2) Game 2 seems to accept the code. But when I run the launchers for game 2 and 3 the launcher is blank apart from the background. Game 3 can be launched from Game 1 launcher however.
3) On Game 1 Launcher: Game 1 and 3 are OK. Game 2 asks me to go online. I can't with this machine hence the manual activations.
Bottom line: I can't get Game 2 to launch. I've tried uninstalling and installing as administrator also. I've tried "run as administrator" as per the threads.
I'm out of ideas.

Hi ,
Can I take a look at your DXDiag?
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information". It will prompt you to save a file. Since I cannot receive attachments, I'll need you to cut and paste the contents into this email for me.
Thanks,
Amy
