I placed an order on April 7 and it still has not shipped (order 600122190469231 ). I've emailed technical support three or four times with no response. Please tell me if this order will ship soon. I'm wondering if it somehow got lost in the system.

    It's probably support@telltalegames.com or better yet, the @telltalegames.com domain.

    I'm able to receive emails from support@telltalegames.com. I received the original automated messages, but never any follow up messages. At this point, I just want to know the status of my order. Is it backordered? Will it ship soon?

    Still waiting for some kind of resolution. Can Telltale's customer service really be this bad??

    Still waiting... sent two PM's. No response. Don't want to be annoying, but this is my hard earned money and I chose to spend it on Telltale's products. All I am asking is the status of my order. Or at least let me know that it is being looked into. Don't take your customer's money and run.
