My download doest'n work?

Hi everybody

I just bought bttf and when I try to download the files, after downloading done , it's says ''error , you can't download bttf in to that file''

can somebody help me?

    I'm not sure I haven't seen that error before. You may want to repost in the support forum, may get help quicker there.

    Try re-downloading it and see if it works.
