How do you get the bonus items into TF2?

Is it supposed to be automatic or something? I won the iron curtain from the heavy and i have it in Poker Night, but how do i get it into TF2?

    Just play TF2. You should get a notice telling you you have new items, and they'll be added into your backpack.

    Make sure its the steam version too. The telltale version wont work.

    I got the same problem

    i won the Iron Curtain from Poker Night and i have Poker Night and Team Fortress 2 both on steam

    i won it in Poker Night, but when i started TF2 there wasn't any pending alerts and i checked my backpack and it wasn't there

    Pls. help

    never mind
    i just started TF2 once, i wasn't there
    i started twice, it was there
